Remember, all foods fit – limit high-stress foods to occasional use or no more than once per week. Please eat them responsibly.

Aim for a healthy eating pattern – not to be perfect all the time.

Know your enemy – what are your food challenges?

Change gradually, not overnight – use daily opportunities to grow toward your health goals. These opportunities will present as small successes in certain areas. Use them as a platform from which to start the next day.

There are no good foods or bad foods – please, make peace with food and eating.
