Misleading Food Labels ... watch out for the following ...
Multigrain - may not be made from 100% whole grain flours, check the list of ingredients, the first ingredient should be whole grain rye, wheat, barley and/or flax flours for example.
Low-fat Breads - this is a no-brainer. Many whole grain products contain a natural source of heart healthy fats in an amount that is good for us. The key is they should be whole grain. Be aware of the added fats that companies put in these products.
Low-sodium - should contain no more than 140mg/100g serving.
