Step 1 – write down your feelings about being healthy.
Step 2 – on a scale of 0-10, where zero means you are not happy with your current health and lifestyle and 10 you are ecstatic, where do you fall on this scale?
Step 3 – if you did not choose a 10, what is the reason(s) for the gap?
Step 4 – how can a dietitian/health coach help you achieve your health goals?
